Makepill holds exclusive intellectual property rights to the Site and all its components, including its graphic charter, trademarks, logos, designs, tree structure, interfaces, database and all content. In the course of its activities, Makepill is required to collect, store and/or use personal data in various ways in compliance with applicable legal provisions and in particular EU Regulation 2016/679, known as the "RGPD". Makepill is responsible for processing various types of personal data, in particular concerning its customers, prospects, partners and employees. The personal data concerned are essentially identification data (name, email, telephone number, etc.) but may also concern data relating to the personal, professional, financial and fiscal life of individuals (profession, bank details, etc.) without this list being exhaustive. This personal data is collected by Makepill on the various occasions described below. They are subject to specific processing carried out on a legal basis and for a purpose specific to each processing operation as defined in the specific conditions described below. Makepill protects personal data using organizational and technological measures to guarantee its security, confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with legal requirements. The recipients of personal data are Makepill, its staff and employees, and any service providers or agents under contract with Makepill, who are required to carry out the purpose of each processing operation. These recipients offer the same level of protection as Makepill. In this context, Makepill takes the utmost care in choosing its recipients and ensures that they implement a degree of protection that complies with the RGPD. With regard to their DP, individuals have the following rights, in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by the applicable legal provisions and in particular the RGPD Regulation:
- the right to ask Makepill to access, rectify, delete, limit or port their personal data; \
- the right to object, at any time, to the use of their personal data by Makepill for commercial prospecting purposes.

Specific conditions
A. When you provide your DP to Makepill on the "Contact" page of its website.
On the website https://makepill.com (hereinafter "the Site") you can fill in a contact form. The DP you provide on this occasion are processed by Makepill with your express consent, on the legal basis 6 §1 a) of the RGPD.
They are processed by Makepill to respond to your questions and requests made on the Site or until the date of withdrawal of your consent. Your DP will be kept for as long as is necessary to respond to your questions and requests made on the Site. You may withdraw your consent to this processing at any time by clicking on the link "remove my personal data from this file", which also appears in the mailings linked to this file, or by sending a written request to hello+rgpd@makepill.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the date of withdrawal. You are informed that failure to provide the DP required on the Site may prevent Makepill from fulfilling the aforementioned purpose and therefore possibly from responding to your question/request formulated on the Site.
B. When you provide your PI to Makepill as part of its services.
As part of the consulting and/or support services that you obtain from Makepill (hereinafter "the Missions") you provide various DP concerning you necessary for the performance of your contract with Makepill relating to its Missions (hereinafter "the Contract") and for the performance of Makepill's legal obligations.
They are processed on the legal basis 6 §1 b) and c) of the RGPD with the purpose of enabling the performance of the Contract on the one hand and for Makepill to comply with its legal obligations in particular with regard to its accounting, invoicing, fight against money laundering, etc. Your personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the performance of the Contract, as well as for the duration of the legal statute of limitations relating thereto and for the duration of Makepill's legal obligations relating to such personal data. Your rights with regard to such processing are those set out in the aforementioned General Terms and Conditions.
